Do I need to supply copy or can my advert be designed by onecoms? Advertisers are free to supply their own copy/adverts should they wish. Copy must comply with the standards/dimensions given in the media pack. At an additional cost, Media One can design and provide artwork/copy for you.

I'm trying to view the digital edition magazines, but it isn't working/it's the wrong issue. How can this be resolved? There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to access the digital edition. It's most likely a broken link. If you are having trouble, then please email info@onecoms.co.uk detailing which publication you are trying to view and what happens when you try to access it.

If the issue shown is not the one you're looking for, then the latest edition may not have been uploaded yet, or an older issue may have been archived. You can view all previous editions of Media One publications here.
